Cut create

 

tv$>$ cut create cut
Create head and spectrum.

tv$>$ cut create head
Create head, i.e. do the gate weight calculation.

tv$>$ cut create spectrum
Creates a cut spectrum and copies it to the buffer attached to the active cut. The cut head must be created first.
